I also share my personal journey with meditation, including the use of various apps, programs, and retreats, emphasizing the simplicity yet profoundness of mindfulness and meditation. My current practice involves Ziva meditation, but I’m really showcasing the diversity in meditation techniques and the importance of finding one that resonates with you personally.
